i am working as Lead - Web Design with 10+ yrs of experience, currently based @pune, working for a IT software firm which is mainly into developing custom softwares for financial institutions.

so far in my professional career, i have worked in small organizations as well some mid-scale organizations. some of the previous organizations i had worked for were mainly into software development and/or website designing/development, and i have also worked for one stock broking house.

i work mainly into designing websites and also web application designing. my primary role is to design web layouts in photoshop and then convert the layout into HTML pages using css. i use dreamweaver for HTML/CSS coding. i have also worked on some basic to advanced javascript. i have also used flash for creating some banner animation as well full sites. at my current organization i had worked on a flash based injury plotting application used for a US based medical organization.
